Only people who have SEO knowledge should answer this question. By google site map I'm taking about this page: https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/login?hl=en.

Is google the only one that offers this?

Unfortunately, neither MSN nor Yahoo! has this feature, but it should be noted that even in Google (which seems to be geared more towards webmasters than visitors) Sitemaps is still in beta. Hopefully, other search engines will pick up on this and start development.
